  1. Get the guitar out of the closet, dust off and tune up (semi-optional).
  2. Play your favorite song in the background.
  3. Eye ball the chart below and play the high-lighted notes.
  4. If it sounds off, change the key from C to G, D, A or something else until it sounds good. Trust your ear (not the neighbour's).
